Michigan State to honor Ahmed M. Kathrada at fall commencement

Ahmed M. Kathrada received an honorary doctorate of humanities from Michigan State University during the undergraduate commencement ceremony at Breslin Student Events Center on Saturday December 10, 2005.

Kathrada has been a leader in South Africa's struggle for freedom for more than 60 years.
